Messick Builders has been building homes on the Eastern Shore for over 50 years. Robert Messick Sr. and his wife, Sherrie Messick, founded the family business in 1975. His sons, Robbie and Donnie, were raised working alongside their father. Together, they have not only built a company but also built a lasting impression on the Eastern Shore. Messick Builders has won the Best Builder in Wicomico County for over 20 straight years. They have also won Best Residential Community in Wicomico County for Steeplechase, their premier development. Messick Builders is a family-owned and operated company building custom homes and communities. They believe in bringing a home from their family to yours and promising a tradition of quality.

WHAT WE DO
We are builders and developers serving Wicomico, Somerset, and Worcester counties. Custom homes are our specialty. We build each client a custom home that meets their needs and desires, prioritizing their wish list to fit their lifestyle and budget. We work with clients who already have land to build on, are buying land, are looking for a move-in-ready home, or are interested in a lot/home package in our builder-exclusive neighborhood, Steeplechase.
